bdvip Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Each player may register and operate only one bdvip account. If bdvip identifies more than one account held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method or household — bdvip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and forfeit any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts. Deliberately creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms or account restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account password with any other person. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify bdvip immediately via the contact email provided on this site. Your account responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Keeping your registered mobile number and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring your account details — name, mobile number, payment method — remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Not permitting any other person, including family members, to access or use your bdvip account.

bdvip offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where no specific bonus terms are stated, the following general conditions apply. Bonuses are awarded at bdvip's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses credited to your account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where no rollover multiplier is stated, a standard rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies. Specific bonus conditions include:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per registered payment method.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unused or unmet bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdvip Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, balances and bonuses forfeited, and the activity reported to relevant authorities where applicable. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the Platform's game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or event covered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or using payment credentials that do not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been payable under normal operating conditions.

bdvip monitors Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bdvip may act without prior warning. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be considered void and will not be paid out. bdvip's determination as to whether conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms is final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption to betting services caused by technical failures, maintenance periods or events outside bdvip's reasonable control. bdvip makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors at all times. In the event of a technical failure that affects a live bet or live casino session, bdvip's support team will review the affected bets on a case-by-case basis and apply a resolution that is fair to the player.

bdvip reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after revised Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange any necessary account closure.
